Bad Dreams

Bad Dreams, not sure why anyone would want them. Yet, I hear of it almost every morning. Unresolved issues, disappointment, trying to relive and improve the past.  Wondering why waste the time trying to change what can't be changed while not focusing on the grand and glorious moment we have right here and now.
