Okay, went for a health screening and visited Dr. Hewell, an man even older than I am

Still doing what he loves to do and he and his staff did and do a rollicking great job.

They have Joy, humor and efficiency.

Was examined yesterday and had the results first thing this morning by phone.

Wow, it is all good and we are ready to continue rocking right along.

I'm Sorry, It Is Not That Complicated.

Yes, those are clouds and one roof top.

We had some light rain and holy cow some make no mistake about it Hail.

Not roof replacing, skylight breaking, car customizing Hail, just a what was that noise,

So, have a Vision, Purpose with Passion and by all means take ACTION.

ACTION, makes all the difference.

If it is my youngest grandson's birthday, no excuse for not celebrating.

If someone close to us dies and goes to heaven, we grieve,

If we work hard and win or lose, there is a recovery period, Period.

Oh Boy, It's Raining

Why celebrate rain?

Well, nothing like getting up on a Sunday morning, and taking a walk, while it is thundering

Lightening, and oh boy it starts to rain.

Once again, had a goal, a plan of action and most importantly took the walk, and a walking stick,

Of course a warm up suit that used to be waterproof and a baseball cap complete with beak.

Pitching newspapers closer to homes, looking to see what is blooming and being thankful.

Thankful that I thanks to the Grace of God can still walk and talk about.
